Thorpe Park’s rides, shops, and facilities were crying out for attention, so in winter 2023–2024 we kicked off a multi-million-pound overhaul to re-energise the park. I pinpointed the areas that mattered most and pitched concepts that won sign-off from the senior leadership team.

Colossus
After 20 years as the world’s first 10-looping coaster and a Thorpe Park legend, Colossus was showing its age. The track and landscape had faded, the energy was gone. My plan went beyond restoration, I set out to reimagine it, bringing bold colour that reignited its story and locked it into the park’s feel-good positioning.
